INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS/TEACHERS
This is to inform that Regional office,Chennai will be sharing the question papers in PDF form which is to be attended compulsorily by all students of Classes VII to X ( 2020-21).Hence the following instructions are circulated to all Teachers/Students concerned for strict compliance.
EXAMINATION TIME : 27.04.2020( 9.00 am to 12.00 Noon)
Instructions:-
- Question paper will be circulated to you before 8.30 am on 27.04.2020. The same to be shared to individual students.
- Please ensure proper communication through what’s app to parents so that they take special attention that every child attend the CCT and the answers are written in A4 paper and the same is communicated as photo sharing to class teachers through what’s app before 12.30 pm on 27.04.2020 itself. Individual parent to ensure that the child is attending CCT in an academic atmosphere and without any external help or disturbance.
- It will be the responsibility of the individual class teachers to ensure the receipt of all answer sheets in time so that the evaluation can be conducted immediately after the receipt of answer key on 28.04.20. On 28.04.20 itself and the consolidated information to reach the coordinators as details below.
- The Class teachers will assess the responses of the students and keep record for making entries in the Samagra Shiksha Portal by the respective co-ordinators.
