It is our honourable PMs pet programme. It is advised all to properly undertake the activities in the duty chart for the successful completion of Swachhta programme.
DUTY CHARTS cum OFFICE ORDER

1. All subject teachers handling first period must administer Swatchhta pledge from 1St -15 th September before commencement of first period so as to familiarise the pledge among children at the end of 15 th day.

2. 02/9/2021 A speech should be delivered to the students by Mr Ravindra Dhruv ( PET) during the Physical education class covering classes from 6 to 10 within fortnightly.

3. Mr Prasad PGT will be delivering a lecture on the topic Green School drive to the staff and students through a pre- recorded video by sharing it with the staff group and onto later share the same with the students group by the class teachers on 04/09/21.

4. Hand wash day on 08/09/2021 On this day where Mrs . Hema latha the student nurse will be addressing to the children on the importance of Hand wash during the crucial pandemic time and take a few photography of the events for documentation.

5. Personal Hygiene days on 9/9/2021 & 10/9/2021
The male subject teachers handling classes on 9/9/2021 should address on personal hygiene to the boys in the class room. A few photography taken during this address may be shared in the staff group for compilation.

Similarly on 10/9/2021 Mrs Hemalatha and Mrs Vinothini address on the personal hygiene of girl children in the class room and share the photography in the staff group for compilation.

6. Swatchhata exhibition day on 11-12 September .
Mr Jithendra Kumar TGT are will conduct a painting day during his class hours and share it with the staff group of prize winners of 1,2,3 and special prizes.

7. Action plan day on 13-14 September/ 2021.
Mr. Amol PGT & Mr Babji PGT will involve action plan in consultation with our principal madam and present the report.

8. Prize day on 15/9/21
Mr Alok Yadav librarian will provide E certificate to the staff if any or prize winners of painting in virtual mode.
